Our history
2011 - Origins
Valleón Abogados was founded in 2011 as part of the LEXTRANSPORT group, with a clear mission: to offer our clients in the transport sector—covering both freight and passenger transport—comprehensive, specialised and personalised legal support.
We were established to address the sector’s real needs, understanding its challenges and specific characteristics from the inside. Since then, we have grown alongside our clients, establishing ourselves as a leading firm that combines experience, commitment and a personalised approach.
2014 - Change of address
In 2014, Valleón Abogados moved its registered office from Calle Piloña, 31 – 1st Floor, Flat C (Oviedo) to its current premises at Calle Marqués de Santa Cruz, 8 – Ground Floor.
This move represented a strategic step in our growth and consolidation process, enabling us to offer a better service, greater proximity to our clients and premises adapted to the firm’s development.
2017 - Claim Your Truck
In 2017, we launched the ‘Claim Your Truck’ platform, a pioneering initiative in the transport sector designed to handle claims arising from the truck manufacturers’ cartel.
This service, recognised for its success, has achieved an effectiveness rate of over 92%, enabling hauliers to make claims using invoices or contracts through a streamlined, transparent and specialised process.
2020 - Support during the pandemic
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Valleón Abogados actively supported transport companies amidst a climate of significant regulatory and economic uncertainty.
We provided ongoing advice on employment, administrative and contractual matters, helping our clients adapt to the exceptional measures, ensure the continuity of their operations and protect their rights at a critical time for the sector.
2021 - Jávea Office
In 2021, we expanded our regional presence in Spain with the opening of our office in Jávea (Valencia), strengthening our ties with clients across the Mediterranean region.
This expansion enabled us to offer an even more personalised and direct service to transport and logistics companies, consolidating our position as a specialist firm at a national level.
2021 - Seville Office
In 2021,Valleón Abogados continued its growth by opening an office in Seville, thereby strengthening its presence in southern Spain.
This new milestone enabled the firm to build closer ties with companies and professionals in the transport and logistics sector, offering specialist legal advice tailored to the needs of the region’s business community.
2023 - Valleón Conseil
Valleón Conseil was established in 2023, marking a new milestone in our history and expanding our reach across Europe under the slogan “Lawyers for all of Europe”.
Through this firm, we offer international legal assistance to transport sector companies operating in various countries across the continent, providing a global and specialised perspective.
2025 - Recognition
This year we received the 2025 National Law Award in the ‘Transport Law’ category, a milestone that highlights the technical excellence, innovation and commitment underpinning our work in this sector.
2026 - Murcia Office
In 2026, Valleón Abogados continued its national expansion with the opening of its Murcia office, strengthening its presence in south-eastern Spain.
This new office enables us to continue bringing our specialist legal services to the transport and logistics sector, offering personalised, responsive advice tailored to the specific needs of businesses and professionals in the region.
Development and specialisation
